Booking and canceling conditions

These booking and canceling conditions apply for bookings made for group visits to Serlachius Museums as well as to Restaurant Gösta.

We will send you written confirmation of your booking by e-mail or post. Please, confirm your group size and special dietary requirements to the museums’ sales service not later than three working days before your visit takes place. The group size declared on that occasion constitutes a basis for invoicing.

A booked guide will be waiting for the group 15 minutes before the appointed time and for 30 minutes thereafter. If a group wants the guide to wait for longer than 30 minutes, we charge € 20 for each period of 30 minutes. Guides can wait only if they have no other commitments.

Cancellation of an event

If you cancel a confirmed booking of an event or service no later than one week before the visit is due to take place, we charge 50% of the price of the booked programme and meals.

If you cancel a confirmed booking of an event or service three days before the visit is due to take place, we charge 100% of the price of the booked programme and meals.
