Our Environmental Policy

For those of us working at Serlachius, environmental responsibility is a matter close to our hearts. We want to care for the environment with the same diligence and long-term commitment with which we safeguard our art collection, and with the same boldness and commitment to quality with which we produce exhibitions and serve our customers. 

We operate in a culturally sustainable way by preserving, safeguarding, and amassing our valuable cultural heritage for future generations, and by presenting it in a compelling way. We have identified the environmental aspects associated with our operations. Our aim is to use natural resources efficiently and sustainably, reducing the impact of our operations on the climate and the natural environment. We promote sustainable development. 

Our environmental work is guided by the international ISO 14001 environmental management standard. Our environmental management system is integrated into the core, key and support processes we have defined. It applies to the activities of our staff, customers and other stakeholders connected with these processes. 

We continually evaluate and improve our operations in order to achieve our sustainability objectives. In this work, we engage actively with our staff, customers and other stakeholders while fulfilling our compliance obligations.
