The Serlachius Art Sauna’s public sauna day is held every week throughout the year. 

Sauna bathers have access to separate changing rooms, showers and toilets. The actual sauna is shared by everyone, so sauna bathing takes place in a swimsuit. Common areas also include a cooling yard, deck and jetty areas, and a bubble tub.  

During the sauna shift, you can swim in Lake Melasjärvi or go ice swimming in the winter. In addition to your swimsuit, you need to bring your own towel and bench cover. Refreshments are on sale on site.  

15 people are admitted to the sauna per hour, and the the maximum bathing time is two hours.  

Buy a sauna shift directly from our online store or book a shift from our sales service: sales@serlachius.fi or tel. 03 488 6801. You can also go to the sauna without a reservation in advance if the sauna shift is not fully booked. 

A sauna shift costs €14 for adults, €10.50 for children, students and pensioners. In the sauna, only card payment is accepted. The sauna shift cannot be paid for with a museum card or benefit cards (Smartum, Edenred, etc.) 

Serlachius Art Sauna area is accessible only on public shift days. At other times, there are often private events at the sauna.
