Summer job at Serlachius customer service

Are you interested in working at one of the Finland’s leading art destinations?

We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible persons at least 18 years old who enjoy engaging with a diverse range of people to join our customer service team at Serlachius, one of Finland’s most distinguished museum and tourism destinations, located in Mänttä. Several three-month summer positions are available within our team.

In this work, you will assist our visitors in making the most of their experience, guide them to the right place, supervise exhibition areas, sell tickets and museum shop products, and deliver brief presentations on the history and current activities of the museums.

We expect you to demonstrate a friendly and service-oriented attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and attention to detail, as well as a willingness to work on weekends. The job requires good Finnish language skills. Additional language skills will be considered an advantage.
