Time to focus on your own workLocated in a small town, the residency offers a peaceful environment where you can fully focus on your own work. As a residency guest, you may agree upon having an access to the extensive art and cultural history collections of the Serlachius Fine Arts Foundationn.

This residency has been like a dream come true, the perfect environment for making art. I love being here – the routines, the peace and the opportunity to fully concentrate on painting make this experience unique.

NATURE AND THE SILENCE INSPIRE

Serlachius Residency’s working and accommodation facilities are located close to nature by the lake. There are great nature sites in a peaceful environment. Guests have access to bicycles for moving around the town and the opportunity to visit the weekly public sauna day of the award–winning Serlachius Art Sauna free of charge.
