Forest on your plate
The forest themed menu created by Chef de cuisine Henry Tikkanen, has been inspired by the Finnish forest.
The whitefish in the first course feasts with flavors of spruce and juniper; broiled reindeer is served as main course. Chocolate cake is accompanied by boletus ice cream and lingonberry.
